Heather is an experienced consultant and is committed to offering personalized care and guidance to make your breastfeeding journey a rewarding experience. We understand the challenges and joys of motherhood, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Heather is an RN of 26+ years and an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) that has worked in multiple settings (hospital, birthing center, in-home visits). Additionally, she has breastfed four of her own Blessed Babies including weeks of pumping for a NICU baby.


Our Services
Initial In-Home Consultation
$250
We will meet to discuss your personal needs and to address any questions and challenges you may be having. I will observe a feed to assess your baby’s latch, and complete a weighted feed and oral assessment on the baby to assess milk transfer. I will provide feedback on position and latch and may suggest new techniques. We will discuss your goals and develop a feeding plan for achieving them.
We will meet to assess progress, address any new concerns and see what changes need to be made to help you achieve your goals.
Our Services
Mother-Baby Initial In-Home Consultation
$250 (90 minutes)
During your initial in-home consultation, will meet to discuss your personal needs and to address any questions and feeding challenges you may be facing. I will observe a feed to assess your baby’s latch, complete a weighted feed, and perform an oral assessment on the baby. Together, these assessments will aid to assess milk transfer and any possible oral restrictions (aka tongue ties). I will provide feedback on position and latch and may suggest new techniques. We will discuss your goals and develop a feeding plan for achieving them.
In-Home
Follow-Up Visit
$125 (60 minutes)
After your initial consultation, we will meet to assess progress, address any new concerns and see what changes need to be made to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.
This visit is also perfect for a pumping consult, flange fitting, or to answer any questions about your pump or pumping in general.
Prenatal Class and
In-Home Prenatal Visit Combination
$185 (90 minutes)
The prenatal class and in-home prenatal visit takes place prior to the baby's arrival to make sure mom is prepared for baby's debut. This is a full prenatal breastfeeding class to get your breastfeeding off to the right start. During this visit, Heather will teach and help mom practice breastfeeding positions, discuss best practices, review manual expression, pumping, flange fitting and answer any questions you may have regarding your personal pump and products you may want to order or avoid.
